- Trilha do Sucesso
Created to prepare young university students for the job market, the Trilha do Sucesso program, running in partnership with Chemtech, is one of the primary gateways for graduates to join us as interns. In addition to being part of our recruiting and selection process, the program helps students prepare for job interviews and the overall employment market. - Chemtech Engineering Challenge
Organized annually, each edition of the Chemtech Engineering Challenge brings together 200 competing university students from Brazil and Latin America. Throughout the competition, students receive remote training on key engineering software, and top ranking universities compete in a final grand event, with all expenses paid by Chemtech. Students demonstrating outstanding performance are invited to join us.

Training

Investing in training is one of our focus areas. We provide full support to the continuing development of our employees, including through the Chemtech Corporate University, which offers 140 hours of continuing development per employee. UCC programs include in-company MBA and master degree programs, technical training programs, undergraduate and graduate education incentives, out-of-company seminars and language courses.

Experts

Our services are present in major national and international projects in the oil & gas, chemicals & petrochemicals, industrial IT and metals & mining industries. It is our policy to prioritize the continuing development of all employees, preparing them for either leadership or technical expert positions. Chemtech has a "Y" career progression approach, in which employees may choose between pursuing either a managerial career (as project leaders, project managers and senior managers) or a technical career, which is further divided into a managerial (project leaders, discipline managers and senior managers) and a technical expert ( experts, consultants and senior consultants) career branch.
