Steam Balance Optimization
In this project, a new model was implemented to optimize steam production and consumption. A flexible tool was developed for scenario analysis, enabling the vapor cycle to be optimized for increased productivity. The new system also provides real-time production reports, enabling plant managers to make plant operation decisions based not only on costs, but also water, steam and power consumption.
