Chemtech also interacts with society through initiatives related to global, national and regional holidays, observances and disasters, including Blood Donation, Winter Clothes Donation, Disaster Aid, Children's Day, Christmas and other campaigns.

Our commitment to social development goes well beyond this and includes formal membership of Ethos Institute and the Brazilian Business Council on Sustainable Development (CEBDS). We are also participants of the UN Global Compact, the Brazilian pact for the eradication of slave labour, and the Pact against corruption. In 2008 we received Social Responsibility Certification from the Brazilian Council of Engineering and Agronomy, and have for 4 years been recognized as a child-friendly company by the Brazilian Toy Manufacturers Association (Abrinq).
