The prime objective of the QMS team is to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of the products and services provided by Chemtech and promote the increase of clients’ satisfaction as a result. This is achieved by means of an up-to-date elaboration and maintenance of procedures, conduction of internal audits, non-conformities control, corrective and preventive actions, training of personnel in applicable documentation, among others.
For this purpose, the company keeps teams responsible for quality in every office in order to give support and provide all the necessary directions so as to continuously improve the Quality Management System’s effectiveness.

The primary objective of HSE team is to arrange for employees’ health and welfare related matters to be regarded. For this reason, some actions, such as safety signaling, anti-panic bars installation, use of ergonomic chairs, occupational physician assistance, labor gymnastics classes and elongation, are taken. The optimization of the infrastructure of facilities and furniture also has high priority to HSE, thus allowing us to offer a better comfort and safety to our employees.
