The ever-changing society affects the work environment. To comply with the new demands generated, without losing employees’ quality of life, Chemtech is increasingly investing in HSE actions (Occupational Health, Safety and Environment), with positive indicators to keep up with competitiveness and have sustainability in business.

Chemtech believes that employees’ well being is a determining factor to ensure motivation, commitment, health and general integrity. Being the HSE area of paramount importance for the company, it aggregates from preventive measures to drills on accidents and emergency cases.

Many actions are executed aiming at optimizing the infrastructure of facilities and furniture to provide comfort and safety to employees, such as safety signaling, panic bars, ergonomic chairs, labor physician monitoring, and corporate wellness programs.
 
Employees performing fieldwork receive complete PPE kits and perform their activities under very strict safety conditions.

The environment also receives special attention with the implementation of recyclable garbage collection. All actions are accompanied by permanent awareness campaigns.

The Chemtech HSE management aligns the company strategies to the main international standards (ISO 14001 – Environment Management and OHSAS 18001 – Health and Safety Management).

Clients, suppliers and partners are also stimulated to keep an HSE management.
