Chemtech Corporate University

"Education cannot simply be considered important; it has to be a priority". With this comment UNESCO (United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization) professes the importance of education. Bearing that in mind Chemtech has the Chemtech Corporate University.

Since Chemtech was set up, it organizes in-company courses and encourages the participation of interns and employees at technical, administrative and operational levels in conferences, seminars, technical courses, languages, behavioral and management courses. It always provides partial or full contributions by investing in graduate courses, MBAs, masters and doctors. 

In 2006, organized its investments in education by setting up the Chemtech Corporate University (UCC). 

UCC offers in-company and e-learning courses. The in-company courses enable the employees to improve their skills inside the company, such as the in-company MBA in Project Management, promoted together with Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), as well as the in-company masters in chemical engineering, in partnership with the Chemistry College of Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (Rio de Janeiro Federal University - UFRJ).

One of the main purposes of UCC is fostering the self-development of employees.
